Apart from a formal annual dinner which designed to show appreciation to the employees, various games and activities can be plan to enhance the relationship between the employees prior to the dinner. In this modern day and age, most employees sit in front of a computer, often isolated from their co-workers, it can be difficult to establish a feeling of community among the employees.
Black tie themed annual dinner is too mainstream. Dutch Lady Malaysia had decided to use “Sport” as their theme for 2014’s annual dinner! Everyone dressed up with jerseys from different football team according to department.
Of course, 123Cheese.my photobooth was there to join this extraordinary moment. Props provided according to theme brought much more excitement for them such as World Cup, Football, Goal Keeper gloves and etc. Besides, all the staffs have the opportunity to take photo with Messi, Van Persie & Ronaldo.
